Teej Enterprises sells Receptra credits online. This page explains how and when you receive what you paid for.
Each purchase adds prepaid credits to your Receptra account. Credits pay for the AI receptionist’s call minutes and features in the Receptra app, available on Google Play.
There are no physical goods, so there is no shipping and no shipping charge.
Credits are added automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed — usually within a few minutes. You also get a notification in the app.
In rare cases a bank confirms a payment late. If credits have not appeared within 24 hours, email info@teejenterprises.in with your order number and we will add them or refund the payment.
Credits do not expire while your account is active. They cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash, except as described in the refund policy.
