Teej Enterprises respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect on our website and in our Receptra app, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
When you book a call or contact us through our website forms, we may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, company name, the service you are interested in and the message you share.
We may also receive basic technical data such as browser type, device type and approximate location from standard web logs when you visit our pages.
We use contact details and project notes to schedule calls, prepare proposals and follow up on your enquiry.
Technical visit data helps us understand site performance and fix issues. We do not sell personal information.
We share information only with trusted providers who help us operate this site or communicate with you, and only as needed for those purposes.
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to complete follow-up, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes, then remove or anonymise them.
You may ask us to update or delete contact information you have shared, or ask how it is used.

Receptra, our AI receptionist app for clinics, can send appointment reminders from a clinic's own WhatsApp Business number. A clinic connects its number in the app through Meta's WhatsApp Embedded Signup.
When a clinic connects its number, we receive and store its WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, display name and verified business name, and an access token that we keep encrypted. We use these only to send that clinic's messages and to manage its message templates.
For each reminder we process the patient's name, phone number and appointment details entered by the clinic, and we receive the patient's replies (such as Confirm or Cancel) and message delivery statuses from Meta. Replies update the appointment in the clinic's Receptra account and are shown to that clinic only.
We send only service messages about appointments a patient booked with the clinic: reminders, confirmations and visit follow-ups. We do not send marketing messages, sell this data, or use it for advertising.
This data is processed by Meta Platforms as the provider of the WhatsApp Business Platform, and stored on our servers hosted by Hostinger. It is not shared with anyone else, except where required by law.
A clinic can stop using its WhatsApp number at any time in the Receptra app (Clinic profile, WhatsApp reminders, Disconnect). We then unsubscribe from its WhatsApp account and delete the stored access token and account details.
Deleting a patient in Receptra deletes that patient's WhatsApp message history with the clinic. Patients who want their data removed can ask their clinic or contact us.
To delete a Receptra account and all its data, or to ask what we hold, email info@teejenterprises.in from the account's registered email or phone. We complete deletion requests within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices.

You may browse this site and contact us about legitimate projects. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at scale, or misuse forms for spam.
Content on this website — including copy, branding and design — belongs to Teej Enterprises unless otherwise noted.
Website copy is informational. A project starts only after a written scope and estimate are agreed.
Fees, timelines and deliverables are confirmed in the proposal for each project.
We aim to keep site information current and may update these policies from time to time.
Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised policies.
