01The service

Receptra answers phone calls for your clinic with an AI receptionist, books appointments based on the hours you set, sends reminders, and keeps a list of calls that need your attention.

We work to keep Receptra available at all times, but calls can occasionally fail because of phone networks, internet outages or maintenance.

02Prices and prepaid credits

Receptra is paid for with prepaid credits. Current credit packs and call rates are shown on the Receptra page of this website and in the app before you pay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Payments are collected by Teej Enterprises through our payment partner Cashfree Payments. We never see or store your card or bank details.

Refunds and delivery of credits are covered by our refund & cancellation policy and our delivery policy.

03Your account

You are responsible for the details you give the AI receptionist (clinic name, hours, fees and other facts) and for keeping your password safe.

Use Receptra only for your own clinic’s calls and patients. Do not use it for spam, unsolicited marketing or anything unlawful.

04Not medical advice

The AI receptionist handles scheduling and general clinic questions. It does not give medical advice or diagnose. It is not an emergency service — patients in an emergency must contact emergency services or the doctor directly.

05Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of Teej Enterprises for any claim about Receptra is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 3 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update them; the date above shows the latest version.
